ACCIDENT PRONE OR WHAT?

After 9 months recovering from a broken wrist, what did I go and do this morning? Badly twisted my ankle! Luckly I didn't fall downwards as I was on a flight of village steps. Instead I had the thought just to sit down when my left ankle just gave way!!!! Talk about being accident prone, but my mother always used to say 'Flat feet, pick them up'.

Spent the afternoon with the said ankle wrapped in ice packs, cat on lap, watching TV.
