LOVELY DAY TODAY

and Torrox is bustling with activity.  Plus our washing machine is being fixed, the terrace is being swept and I am taking my camera out as I have two houses for sale and I need to take some photos. 

PROPERTIES FOR SALE

The two most recent houses I have for sale have both been renovated from ruins.  Both are one bedroomed, with shower room, small fitted kitchens and good views over the roof tops of Torrox towards the sea.  Completed to a very high standard and both on sale for 125.000 euros. In my opinion good value.  They will be up and running on my website in the next couple of days.

Torrox Pueblo is a very good area to buy in, especially if you want to integrate with the local Spanish community. It is close to the coast, but also within the countryside with good walking areas. The main cities of Andalucia are well within travelling distance. It has a good bus service, lovely main square and the people are very friendly.  Come and give us a try.
