Drive down to the coast and turn towards Nerja or Torre Del Mar and you will find many small coves and nearly deserted beaches - even in high season.

Most people take a parasol to shade from the sun but some go a little further - almost a Bedouin encampment with marquee, BBQ and a coolbox full of wine!
