Casa Sueno is set in a cul-de-sac
in a very peaceful part of Torrox Pueblo.
Because the streets are unsuitable for traffic, free and
easy parking is
provided five minutes stroll away.

The upstairs sitting area has a large comfortable settee
plus a wicker chair.
The bedroom and sun terrace are off this area.

The bedroom and sitting area are to the front of the
house and both rooms
have good sized windows and very thick walls, keeping the
rooms cool and
airy in the summer. There is a double bed, storage facilities
for cloths
and a large cabinet for books etc.

There are voile curtains at all windows, giving a lovely
fresh, cool and
airy feeling to the house.

The sun terrace is off the sitting area and at the rear
of the house and has
good views over the village and towards the hills. Nice
to sit out here of
an evening, having supper and a cool drink. There is patio
furniture plus an
umbrella.

The downstairs, fully tiled bathroom has a shower,
WC and wash hand basin.

The downstairs kitchen has a large
fridge with ice box, 4 burner gas hob, sink set into
a worktop, iron,
kettle, toaster, pots and pans, crockery, cutlery etc.

The dining
area is also downstairs and is welcoming and cosy.

with two chairs, with matching chest of drawers.

There is
a small washing line and pegs available for use.

Also in the
house is a good selection of books for your use.

The owner lives in the cul-de-sac,
which is filled with plants and flowers, and will help
with local information.
