Casa Margarita Holiday House to Rent - Sleeps 6

Casa Margarita is situated on one of the oldest streets in the old village of Torrox Pueblo, and just a couple of minutes away from the main square. Because the streets are unsuitable for traffic, free and easy parking is available.

• Casa Margarita is a very recently renovated (July 2004) house and everything in it is brand new and very well furnished.
• The ground floor kitchen is fully fitted and beautifully tiled and blue and white. It comes complete with fridge, microwave,toaster, full electric oven and hob, glasses, crockery and cutlery. There is a large breakfast bar with high stools.
• The sitting area is the other side of the breakfast bar. There are two settees, coffee table, TV with DVD, stereo and CD unit.
• Also on the ground floor is a compact fully fitted shower room, complete with toilet and wash basin.
• Stairs lead down from the ground floor to a lower floor, where there are two bedrooms; a large double bedroom leading through to a large twin bedded room. Both are light and airy, but have low ceilings, so very tall people beware! They are both well furnished and comfortable.
• Leading up from the ground floor are stairs taking you to the second double bedroom, complete with a small but well fitted en suite bathroom, complete with small bath, overhead shower, toilet and wash basin.
• A spiral staircase takes you up to the sun terrace with lovely views over the village (taking in the village church) looking both towards the sea and also to the surrounding hills. The terrace is complete with patio furniture, Barbecue, washing machine, fridge, small sink and spare sets of cutlery and crockery.

The house is newly reformed and equipped to a high standard and this is reflected in the price and the fact that the owners would appreciate careful renters and that a returnable deposit (100 euros) against damage is required

• 1st March to 15th April £325 per week
• 16th April to 30th June £400 per week
• 1st July to 30th September £425 per week
• 1st October to 15th December £275 per week
• 16th December to 9th January £425 per week

Long let available 1st November to 1st March.

Deposit (non returnable)required: 25 UK pounds per week plus returnable (on vacating) deposit against damage (100 euros) - Balance 6 weeks prior to arrival.
