Casa Catalina Studio Apartment - Sleeps upto 5

Casa Catalina is situated in the heart of the village of Torrox, with the main square only a short stroll. As the streets are unsuitable for traffic, there is free and easy parking within 5 mins walk away.

• On entering Casa Caterlina you find the downstairs bedroom on your left, with double sofa bed, small built in wardrobe, chest of drawers. There is a small wood burning stove for use in the winter months to provide warm cosy heat and there is a small balcony overlooking the village roofs.
• To your right is the fully tiled wet room with shower, toilet and wash basin The washing machine is also on this floor.
• Upstairs there is a compact kitchen complete with full cooker and hob,
  fridge and all the usual crockery and cutlery you will need for your holiday
• This leads into the sitting/dining area, with seating for 5 plus TV and a
  wood burning stove. There is also a small balcony, again overlooking the village roofs and the beautiful countryside.
• On the next floor is another double bedroom with en suite ba throom, plus patio doors leading onto a terrace with seating plus plants. The views from both this bedroom and the terrace are amazing, looking over most of the village and the local surrounding hills and mountains.
• The studio apartment comes complete with all linen (except for beach towels) and sufficient crockery and cutlery for your holiday. There is also an iron and iron board.
• Catalina has a 1.2m dish & a Sky digibox so that anyone staying without any card at all can receive all BBC & ITV channels, and anyone bringing their own Sky card can receive the above plus the basic Sky family package. Any other Sky package that has been paid for (eg movies or sports) cannot be received on this receiver (only on the receiver for which the package was bought). No transfers are permitted.

On the terrace you will find yourself hidden away, looking over the hills whilst enjoying a pleasant drink and listening to the world go by.
