This is a lovely little house, in need of renovation and, it has to be said at the start off, that it does not have an ESCRITURA i.e. No Title Deeds. This is a problem which can be sorted out – just takes time, a good Lawyer and PATIENCE!

The house is on one level, with the possibility of maybe a roof terrace being added over part of it – and for anyone over approximately 5’8 inches tall there will be a problem with the height of the existing ceiling.
